My daughter’s dream to visit Sri Lanka with her friend in late Aug, came true, when I made the arrangements with Good day Sri Lanka through Lasantha and was kept posted on all plans by Nalin. They were two young ladies who were driven around the country safely for a week and we’re well taken care of by their driver Michael from the minute they landed until they left to return home. Lasantha and Nalin bring a wealth of experience and professionalism to Good Day Sri Lanka having worked in the tourism/travel industry for many years in Sri Lanka. Recently, they made our arrangements for accommodation at a tea plantation manager’s bungalow at Dickoya, Hatton, Sri Lanka. The bungalow is like being in another world. In fact it is, nestled in it’s old world splendour amidst the tea fields of Dickoya plantation. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, surrounded by antiques, wonderful attentive staff, and delicious food. The lawns and gardens at the bungalow complete the picture. For that something special, and a taste of the real Sri Lanka, give it a go!

Lasantha, thanks for arranging a fantastic tour for me and my wife through your new company ‘GOOD DAY Sri Lanka”, from the 25th of July until we left 2 days ago. We appreciate both accommodations in Mirissa and Waskaduwa. As requested Mirissa Hotel was calm and quiet and Waskaduwa was brilliant for sea bathing, surfing and beach partying. Breakfast and Dinner buffet had a variety of choices and food was tasty.
Our driver Michael was well versed and educated about Sri Lanka and the places we visited. He gave us a positive and wise recommendation of restaurants all over the tour. We thank him. He was a hell of a guy. I have decided whenever I go to Sri Lanka, I’ll try to have him with me. He helped us to find good shopping areas as per our requirement.
Hotel in Colombo was a great pick surrounded by a lot of restaurant options.
